Description
You can also get our Siebenkorn fine wheat flour, which we use for baking our buns because of its better baking properties. It is a soft wheat, which we sift finer with only 120 µm. It is particularly suitable for baking cakes, of course also for white bread and baguettes.
This flour is also ground in our stone mill so that minerals, vitamins, fats and enzymes are preserved as much as possible. This wheat was the first in our collection and we have been growing it for 16 years.
