Description
Flour made from Trittauer Goldkorn. An old German wheat with a low gluten content that produces a beautiful, slightly yellowish flour. We use this flour to bake our 1950 white bread. We mix it with a small amount of rye, as the millers used to do in the old days. With this flour we make a bread that tastes like 1950, hence the name.
